To begin let me introduce myself to you. My name is Karen and I am a 40 something year old female from the Chicagoland area. On July 20th, 2007 I was laid off from my j.o.b. and didn’t know where to turn. I was working afternoons so that I could tend to my ailing father with special needs. Running out to find any ole 9-5 job was out of the question. I needed to find something that was substantial enough to support myself and was flexible enough to allow for numerous doctors appointments and sadly hospital stays. Gee, that doesn’t sound like too much to ask for now does it? Well it is when you are an employee. Meaning you work for someone else. Someone that is relying on you to be there Monday through Friday, no matter what.
Many of us, if not all, have heard of oh so many people that work online from the comfort of their own homes. So being that I was already an internet addict I decided to log on and see what I could find. I’ll tell you what….. I literally found hundreds of various programs and opportunities available instantly. My first thought was AWESOME! This is going to be so easy! Nope, it most definitely is not easy to find a legitimate program or opportunity online. Once I looked into one and then another I found that most were not worth the non-existent paper that they weren’t written on. But being as determined as I was to not have to rely on someone else to support me, I kept looking. And soon enough I found something that worked.
Since then I have been involved in way too many work at home income opportunities to mention. Most of which left me high and dry. In an effort to alleviate you from the same disaster, I have created this blog to use as a means to promote some really awesome opportunities I have found. Rest assured, I will only post an opportunity if it is legitimate and safe. No, I won’t mention the ones that I did not profit from because that too can be consider promotion. Negative, sure, but it will still give them a free mention and not worth my time or yours.
